i've missed the blog. i have been taking pictures, but just never found a moment to sit and write. last week was just a crazy whirlwind. here's what has been going on the past week...
March 2nd: 2000th carolina basketball win! we beat miami.
and coincidentally, my last home carolina basketball game as an undergraduate. very sad moment. i will truly miss the games.
March 3rd: what is laying in my bed beside me every night
it is the reading curriculum for kindergarten. i just thought it was ironic i'm sleeping with teaching stuff.
March 4th: my candle from chrisi lit it because i was feeling in a mellow mood and it made my room smell good. and on this day skyb turned 4 years old!
March 5th: meg and i walking up to friday night franklin fun. don't worry about it.
March 6th: traditional saturday starbucks with meg
and the weather was gorgeous! i love iced starbucks drinks and sitting outside.
March 7th: 3 hours of doing work at starbucks
this was me obviously taking a break and being awesome with photobooth
whew. what a week. the weather is getting really pretty and i love it. i don't know how long it will stick around, but it is finally starting to feel like spring. i was up until 1:30 doing stuff for student teaching last night (even after spending all day at starbucks) and woke up at 6:30 to shower. needless to say i'm tired. and i am jealous everyone else is on spring break. it is hard to be alone and seeing everyone else having fun. but i got to buckle down and get some more student teaching stuff done tonight, plus my P90X workout.
i watched the oscars last night while mindlessly typing lesson plans. apparently i need to see the hurt locker. and i want to see inglorious bastards, the blindside, and precious. and i was glad UP won some stuff!
