productivity?

January 25: a glimpse into some of the things that describe me

i was working on my unit all day today (which i will also be doing for the better part of tomorrow and wednesday) and i of course took a break, but used it to clean my room. my bed is never made as it is in this picture. but all my stuff was laying around as i was putting it away and i liked how this pile of stuff kind of depicts me. there's a folder of zoo stuff for my kindergarten classroom. laptop case. my pillow. my bear, spanky, from chris. my purse. a new favorite jacket from laura. workout equipment (going to be used for P90X). bookbag. favorite belt. and beside that sunkist bottle is an almost empty bottle of liquor, haha - just a little extra bonus.

anyway, i thought that was cool how everything was just sitting there and it could say so much about me. i have been unit writing all day. made 4 wheels which are basically the 4 main topics i'll be covering and the activity ideas for each. then i wrote a set of lesson plans for one wheel. so so so much more to do tomorrow, especially since i want to go out tomorrow night so i can say i went out one tuesday night this whole semester (this is my only chance).

chris was talking to me about his europe trip he's taking this summer. i want to travel so incredibly badly. maybe someday. hopefully i can go at least one new place this summer. need to go to sleep so that i can wake up and be productive again tomorrow.

i wish it was raining like last night. we had the windows open and it was so peaceful. goodnight world.
